Times are scary right now. The world is a mess, it doesn’t matter in what country you live or what your religious or political believes are, the world is a big mess. I’ve been struggling for the last week to get work done because of all the uncertainty in the world. I live in the Netherlands, in an area that hasn’t been too badly affected yet, but I’ve got friends all over the world and my heart goes out when I hear about shutdowns and quarantines and things like that.
I’m trying my best to stay positive, to not let the uncertainty mess with my head too much, but sometimes, that doesn’t work.
Because of that, I’m putting all the first books in my series to free until the middle of April. I can’t do much to help you, my readers, out from this tiny place on earth, this earth we all live on and which is currently being ravished by a virus, but I can do this much.
I will also link a Facebook group at the bottom of this post where more authors are sharing their freebies in the coming days, to make stocking up on reading material easier on our wallets. We don’t ask for anything in return, you can just pick these books up for free, but a review or a share on social media is always appreciated.
Please, take care of yourself and your loved ones! Wash your hands often, with soap, make sure you have enough food at home to last you a week or two in case you or a loved one gets sick so you don’t have to go outside (we don’t want to spread the virus even faster), but don’t overdo it or you might end up with a whole lot of spoilt food, and take care of yourself, take care of your physical and your mental health!
